Our story starts in 1993. Sanitech Systems began providing a manual
Cleaning Genie service-oriented Food Safety & Sanitation program to
public school cafeterias in Florida. At the request of our customers in
1999, Sparkle, our Ware-Wash program that provides service and
products for mechanical dish machines was incorporated. SYZYGY,
a paperless HACCP program and Guardian, an equipment temperature
monitoring program, was developed in 2007. Traxus, our online training
portal designed to help school nutrition professionals meet the
requirements of the USDA Professional Standards was implemented in 2015.
We now service the southeastern United States.
